Quy trình triển khai SAP (SAP ERP/MES):

Các bước thực hiện:

Chuẩn bị dự án:
- Chuẩn bị và họp khởi động dự án.
- Cài đặt phần mềm và huấn luyện tổng quan.
Tài liệu quy trình dự án:
- Tiến hành các cuộc họp.
- Thực hiện Business Blueprint (bao gồm chuẩn bị Master Data, Mẫu in, Báo cáo).
- Hoàn tất Business BluePrint.
Thực hiện dự án (triển khai các phân hệ theo nhu cầu của doanh nghiệp):
- Phân hệ tài chính kế toán.
- Phân hệ mua hàng.
- Quản lý Kho.
- Bán hàng.
- Phân hệ quản lý dự án.
- Phân hệ sản xuất.
- Kiểm tra hệ thống và đánh giá chất lượng.
Huấn luyện người sử dụng:
- Huấn luyện nhóm dự án và người dùng cuối.
- Người dùng chấp nhận sử dụng.
Hoàn tất chuẩn bị:
- Nhập dữ liệu danh mục, số dư đầu kỳ.
- Hoàn tất di chuyển dữ liệu lên hệ thống mới.
- Hoàn tất chuẩn bị.
- Kế hoạch bàn giao và rà soát dự án.
Vận hành & Hỗ trợ:
- Vận hành và Hỗ trợ tại chỗ (2 tuần).
- Ký kết báo cáo hoàn tất dự án.
- Hỗ trợ đóng kỳ tháng đầu tiên (1-2 ngày).
